A single brings up the 50-partnership between DK and Shukla. Taken them 39 balls. Shukla scoring at less than a run-a-ball. DK not scoring so slowly.
Another over sans boundaries. Seven from it. DD 128/3 after 16 overs.
OUT! Superb catch from Steyn on the long-on boundary. Leaps high into the evening sky to snag the ball with both hands and then comes down inches from the rope and keeps his balance. Pumps his fists after that one. DK's inning has come to an end.
KD Karthik c Steyn b Henriques 39 (30b 1x4 2x6)
OUT! Shukla finds Warner in the deep. Poor shot. No more than a slog. Moises has two wickets in the over.
LR Shukla c Warner b Henriques 21 (22b 1x4 1x6)
After 17, DD are 132 for 5.
On the bright side, JP Duminy and Kedar Jadhav are finally at the crease. On the dark side, they have 18 balls to face between them. DD's strategy somewhat baffling today.
Irfan getting a third over.
Irfan keeping the ball nice and full.
Excellent over from the Pathan. Just five from it. DD shooting themselves in the foot a bit here.
Bhuvi to bowl the 19th over, which leaves Steyn to bowl the final over.
Bhuvi also bowling it straight and right in the block hole. Almost crashed into Jadhav's toe.
Jadhav can't put bat on ball here. Just a single from Buvi's first four deliveries.
OUT! Bhuvi knocks out Duminy's leg-stump with another pin-point yorker from around the wicket. Duminy had moved across and missed with the sweep. Top class death bowling from Bhuvi this. Two runs and a wicket from the over.
JP Duminy b Kumar 4 (5b 0x4 0x6)
DD 139/6 with one over to go. SRH have done a great job of reeling in this innings. 11 runs from the last 3 overs for 3 wickets.
Three singles from the first four balls.
OUT! Jadhav slices a low full toss and Irfan does well to run back from point and take a well-judged catch.
KM Jadhav c Pathan b Steyn 5 (11b 0x4 0x6)
Delhi finishes with 143/7 from their 20 overs. It was a tale of two teams interrupted by the rain delay. Just 22 runs came from the last five overs as DD squandered an excellent position.
Some bad news folks. It is drizzling again at the Kotla and the covers are back on.
The covers appear to be coming off.
It is a revised target. We have lost 5 overs. SRH need 117 from 15 overs now.
And we are off again, with Shami bowling the first over for DD.
A short ball from Shami takes off, clears the keeper and bounds away for four byes.
Siddarth Kaul to bowl the second over.
The covers are coming on again.
The covers might be coming off in Delhi.
The revised target seems to be 90 from 11 overs. The match is due to start in about 8 minutes.
Dhawan is back out in the middle.
The revised target is actually 97.
There will be 12 overs bowled, which means SRH needs 87 from 10.5 overs.
DD have packed the point area with three fielders to cut out Dhawan's favourite shot. Or at least make it hard for him to score runs from it.
OUT! The field placings work. Dhawan can't resist slashing at a short and wide one and finds one of the three men.
S Dhawan c Duminy b Kaul 6 (8b 1x4 0x6)
SRH is 13 for 1 after 1.4 overs. Dhawan should be mad at himself for that shot. Tried to go over the infield but the ball wasn't short enough for that shot.
After 2 overs, SRH are 17/1.
And the rain is back again. Remember, we need 5 overs for a match to be "complete".
The covers are coming back on.
This is very difficult if you are a batsman. The constant need to get set and the struggle to adapt to a new target is tough to manage mentally.
Sunrisers are currently ahead of the D/L target by three runs. They need to get to 36 at the five over mark to be on par with D/L. That means 37 to win. If they lose a second wicket, the target goes up.
It is apparently raining quite heavily in Delhi now. We might not get a full game in tonight.
It seems they will try to get a game in even if it is drizzling.
We need another 3 overs for this to be considered a completed game
New target would be 43 from 5 overs. So SRH would need 26 from the 3 overs, which shouldn't be difficult with 9 wickets in hand.
The players are back on the field.
Tahir to bowl the the third over. Big gamble this with a wet ball.
Seven runs from Tahir's over.
SRH need 19 from 2 overs now.
Ravi Shukla to bowl the penultimate over.
Shukla bowls Finch but Naman Ojha smashes a SIX off the final ball to leave SRH needing just 6 from the final over.
Eleven runs came from the last three balls of Shukla's over. SRH should coast from here.
Laxmi Ratan Shukla to bowl the final over.
Warner takes a single off the first ball
SIX!! Ojha has won the game for SRH with one swipe of the bat. This infuriating match is now officially in the books and DD are effectively out of the running for a play-off spot.
Delhi will feel aggrieved by how things went done but they only had themselves to blame. Should have put another 30 runs on the board when they batted first.
