SRH XI: Finch, Dhawan, D Warner, Venu Rao, K Rahul, Sammy, K Sharma, A Mishra, Bhuvi, Steyn, Ishant
Rajasthan XI: Rahane, Watson, Samson, S Binny, B Hodge, Nayar, Faulkner, R Bhatia, K Richardson, Kulkarni, Tambe
OUT! Finch c Richardson b Kulkarni 2 (5b, 0x4, 0x6): Kulkarni strikes in the first over! Finch hits it straight to covers! SRH 2-1 after 0.5 overs.
Kane Richardson will bowl the second over for RR.
That's a good delivery from Richardson - lovely length and seamed away from Dhawan. Good reaction after a bad wide ball.
Brilliant over from Richardson - gives away just two runs. SRH are 4-1 after two overs.
And James Faulkner into the attack now...
Oh that one's bad from Faulkner - down the leg side and four - so that's five runs straight away.
That was quite expensive from Faulkner - 13 runs in the over. From 4-1 in 2, SRH have gone to 17-1 in 3.
Four! Dhawan just arranges it past point and short third-man for a welcome boundary. SRH 24-1 after 4 overs.
Four more! Full and on the off-stump from Richardson and Warner has gone over mid-off. SRH on the attack.
Richardson quickly regains his tight line and length and the rest of the over is uneventful. SRH 33-1 after five.
Woah! Warner hits one back at Faulkner, who saves his face/head with quick reaction — like Ronaldo vs Man City in 2008
Just three runs off Tambe's 1st over -- starts over from where he left off last season.
Now Watson brings on Rajat Bhatia - the 'man with a lot of slower balls' (according to the commentator). Wonder what that means - but he can frustrate batsmen.
That's excellent from Faulkner at short third-man after Warner cuts Bhatia's short delivery off the back-foot. Saved three runs there.
50s up for SRH in eight overs. Dhawan (20) and Warner (20) in the middle.
SIXXX!! Dhawan slog-sweeps that one over mid-wicket. Boom! First six of the match.
SRH are 62-1 after nine overs and it's the strategic time-out now.
Four! How subtle is that! Dhawan again places it through that gap in the third-man area. So controlled.
Watson brings on a 6th bowler and it's just 10 overs gone - Binny with the latest one and it goes for 7 runs.
CSK had 70 in 6 overs in the previous match on same pitch. SRH have 69 in 10.
Kulkarni's back in the attack and Warner tries to hit is across the line and over mid-wicket - misses. Kulkarni glares and walks back for run-up. Hmmm...
OUT! Dhawan c Richardson b Bhatia 38 (34b, 3x4, 1x6): Dhawan's patience doesn't hold — he slogs one towards leg-side and Richardson gratefully accepts. Bhatia with the breakthrough.
Wicket! Sammy c Samson b Richardson 6 (11b, 0x4, 0x6): Sammy wants to hit one out of the park — but it goes high, high, high and straight into Sanju Samson's gloves. SRH 111-5 in 17.3
That's been the story for the Sunrisers -- they've got the odd good shot away but Watson has placed a very good field and the Royals have given it their all out there. Makes a huge difference.
Four! Faulkner with a loose delivery outside off-stump and Rao stretches his arms and swats one over point.
Last over left and SRH are 125-5. Sharma and Rao in the middle. Richardson will bowl it.
Bamboozled! Watson completely unaware of where that ball was going - gives away two runs for that mistake at mid-off.
OUT! Sharma c Hodge b Richardson 4 (5b, 0x4, 0x6): Another one falls as Karn Sharma hits it straight to long-on. Hodge doesn't make any mistakes.
Sunrisers Hyderabad finish their 20 overs at 133-6.
Four! What a start to that chase! Dale Steyn full and outside off and Nayar drives with aplomb.
OUT! Nayar lbw b Steyn 4 (3b, 1x4, 0x6): Nayar comes on his front-foot and Steyn's delivery cuts in and hits him on the pads - the appeal is slightly delayed and the umpire's decision more so -- but it's been given. RR 4-1 after 0.3 overs
So six runs from Mishra's over — Rahane and Binny in the middle waiting for one big over after which RR can accelerate.
Impatience creeping in as Binny tries to clear the ropes — it's one bounce and to deep cover. Can't be wasteful RR at this moment.
And SIX!! Finally RR get a boundary as Binny's shot hits the ropes and gets maximum. RR 57-3 after 9.4 overs.
Ah good reaction from Sammy as he beats Binny with a good length delivery. Binny wanted to cut and almost edged it to the keeper.
And four! This is what RR wanted — one expensive over that could dent SRH's confidence. Binny targets the mid-wicket area again and gets the runs. It's 61-3 after 10.
Four! That's a lovely sweep-shot from Rahane, finds the gap and gets the runs. RR on the attack.
A wrong one put away for two and another tight delivery adjusted away to square-leg — Rajasthan are slowly getting there.
